TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Welcome to Party & Co Miami! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, booking a service, or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Party & Co Miami specializes in balloon décor, event styling, and celebration setup services. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking at our discretion.

2. Orders & Bookings

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Final Payment: Full payment must be made before the event date or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

  • Changes: Any changes to your order must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery/setup time and are subject to approval.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery Times: We do our best to deliver and set up within your requested time frame; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please allow a delivery window (e.g., 12–3 PM or “by 2 PM”).

  • Access Requirements: Client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue or space at the scheduled time. Delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

  • Outdoor Events: We are not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, heat, or other weather conditions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be charged in full.

  • Rescheduling: Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled if requested at least 72 hours before the original event date.

  • Company Cancellation: In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit will be issued.

5. Damages & Liability

  • Client is responsible for any damage to décor items, equipment, or rental pieces during the event. Replacement or repair fees will be charged.

  • Balloons are for decorative purposes only. Party & Co Miami is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage caused by improper use.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by weather, venue restrictions, or actions of third parties.

6. Third-Party Content

This site may display content provided by clients, partners, or other third parties. Any opinions, statements, or recommendations expressed in such materials are solely those of the provider and do not necessarily reflect the views of Party & Co Miami. We make no guarantee of the accuracy or reliability of such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BALLOON FAQ

Can I choose an exact delivery time for my order?

During the checkout process, you will be able to select a 2 hour window for delivery.

Can I add specific balloons from other arrangements you sell to an existing bouquet?

Yes, All custom orders must be placed over the phone with a sales associate.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We always offer same day service, however it is advisable to place all orders at least 2 days in advance to guarantee items are in stock.

Are your balloons on strings?

They float on 6 foot ribbons or longer.

Can I have my balloons delivered a day before my event?

Yes, but latex balloons will have to be treated with Hi-Float at 25 cents per balloon. Mylar will be fine overnight.

 Will table centerpieces obstruct the view of the person across from me?

No. They are designed for socializing and will float above eye-level.

Can you come visit the event location?

Yes. Just call and make an appointment. 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes.

Can I come in to pick up balloons?

No

Do you do balloon drops or releases?

Yes.

If I blow up balloons by mouth, will they float?

No, only balloons inflated with helium will float.

Do you deliver the same day?

Yes, Areas that we have our store locations yes. Other Areas is also possible but call first 

Do you decorate or create balloon installations the same day?

It really depends. There is no answer Yes or No. If we do not have too many orders and if the balloon installation is not something that requires hours of work, then it should not be a problem.

What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex skin. It can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.

How long will balloons float?

12" latex balloons will float for 20 hours to 4 days when treated with Hi-Float. Mylar balloons will float for up to one week.  It really depends of level of humidity.

MYLAR (FOIL) BALLOONS

  • In ideal indoor conditions, Mylar balloons stay full and taut for 3–5 days.

  • They can continue floating for up to 2 weeks or more.

  • Air-conditioned rooms may cause temporary shrinkage — balloons will return to normal in warmer air.

LATEX BALLOONS (WITHOUT HI-FLOAT®)

  • 18-inch latex: Floats indoors for up to 25 hours.

  • 11-inch standard latex: Floats indoors for around 12 hours.

  • Outdoor use, high elevations, or extreme temperatures may significantly reduce float times.

LATEX BALLOONS WITH HI-FLOAT®
HI-FLOAT® is a safe, non-toxic, water-soluble solution that coats the inside of latex balloons, sealing microscopic pores and slowing helium loss.

  • Extends float time from 12 hours to 2–3 days or longer.

  • Works best indoors, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

  • All balloons marked with “HF” are automatically treated with HI-FLOAT® at no extra charge.

  • Bulk orders available with or without HI-FLOAT® — just ask when ordering.

FACTORS THAT AFFECT FLOAT TIME

  • Direct Sunlight/Heat: Balloons may pop within an hour in hot, sunny conditions.

  • Cold Air: Can cause helium to contract, making balloons appear deflated (they’ll expand again in warmth).

  • Wind/Airflow: Speeds up helium loss indoors or outdoors.

A NOTE ABOUT BALLOONS ON CEILINGS

  • Static or tiny fibers on ceilings can pop balloons.

  • Keep balloons anchored for at least 5 hours before releasing them.

  • Test 2–3 balloons on the ceiling first — if they don’t pop, it’s safe to release the rest.

 

Delivery Terms and Service Area

DELIVERY POLICIES:


*Rapid Deliveries : Implies same day delivery. Please be cautious that not every arrangement or balloon bouquet can be delivered same day, regardless that some of the items we offer as rapid delivery. It all depends of week of the day or special occasions. For this reason, we strongly suggest give a quick call to get confirmation that we are available to deliver same day. However, according our statistics, orders made before 12PM has been delivered same day 98% of the time. 


BUSINESS DELIVERIES:


For deliveries to a business we will not call for a delivery appointment. Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.  If the business is a secure facility we will do our best to hand deliver to the recipient but many times deliveries must be left with a front desk, concierge, mailroom or receiving department for the company.  We will leave the balloons in the bag to avoid damage.

 

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES:


We will call the recipient to make sure they are home!  We will do our best to arrange a time that works within the delivery window selected  by the customer.  If the delivery is to a residence with a doorman, full-time concierge or housekeeper please indicate that in the order notes and in that case we will not call to make an appointment.

 

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES:


All hospitals have different procedures for balloon deliveries.  In some cases we leave the balloons with security and in some cases we deliver to the room.  We will follow the hospital policies when we arrive.  Please note- ALL OF OUR “GET WELL” BOUQUETS ARE LATEX FREE.  For deliveries to a hospital we will not call for a delivery appointment.  Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.

 

SCHOOL DELIVERIES:


For deliveries to a school we will not call for a delivery appointment.  Delivery can be expected during the delivery time frame selected by the customer.  We can not makes deliveries directly to a student in a learning facility.  Deliveries to learning facilities are limited to faculty.  Please note – Dorm room deliveries are acceptable.  Some dorm buildings have a mailroom to leave a package and some don’t.  Please check and indicate in order notes.
